Where to get the funding for DEU ?

 

Ĉi tiu artikolo estas nenio nova.

Ĝi estas ripeta informo de mia antaŭa artikolo pri formado de la distanca Esperanto-universitato (DEU).

Kiel enspezi fonduson por formi la DEU? Fakte ĝi ne estas donaco, esperantistoj estas agorditaj al donacoj. Ĝi estas investo. Kompreneble, la kompanio devas havi bonan administran sistemon.

Estas pli ol 1000 partoprenantoj de universala kongreso de Esperanto, se 10% interesiĝus pri la projekto kaj ŝatus vidi Esperanton prosperi en ĉiuj anguloj de la mondo, precipe helpante Uneskon ekstermi analfabetecon en la mondo, poste helpante UNWTO fari turismo pli agrabla sen komunika problemo, estus celo de la investantoj.

Eĉ kun 1% de la 1000, ĝi estus 10 personoj. Unu persono investas 1000 eŭrojn, vi ricevus la jenajn:

10 x 1000 eŭroj = 10.000 eŭroj

100 x 1000 eŭroj = 100.000 eŭroj.

Se ne estus pli ol 10 personoj interesataj vidi la mondon vivi kun paco, tio estus problemoj de la Esperantujo. Tiel, vi vidus, ke mia foriro de Esperantujo havas nenion surprizan, sed la Esperantujo estas terura rondo en la mondo.

La investo de 1000 eŭroj povus esti redonita en la venontaj kvin jaroj plus iom da interesoj. Ĝi ne estas donaco, kiu havus neniun rendimenton.

La demandoj farendaj estas:

Kiom multe registri kompanion en Hungario?

Kiom multe akiri la interretan domajnan nomon en Hungario?

Kiom multe akiri oficialan retejon per Word Press?

Vi povus akiri ĉiujn ĉi interrete eĉ se mi estas malproksima de la lando.

La varbado de instruistaro baziĝus sur la koncernata laboro, kiu tre similas al KER-ekzameno de edukado.net.

Ne forgesu, temas pri distanca lernada universitato, kiu ne bezonas fizikan konstruadon por gastigi la dungitaron, bibliotekon, ktp. Ĉiuj ĉi tiuj materialoj estas lasitaj al la agentoj en la mondo, ĉu ili volas krei interretan bibliotekon por DEU aŭ ili. faru ĝin loke.

Kio estas la fakultatoj povus esti komencita? Bonvolu referenci al mia antaŭa artikolo en la fina parto.

• Mi elektas Hungarion kiel la punkto por DEU, ĉar en ĉi tiu momento nur hungara registaro agnoskis Esperanton oficiale. Sed bedaŭrinde Hungara Esperanto-Asocio elspezis multan monon kaj tempon por reklami Esperanton per radio, ili prefere ne pensante krei DEU.

This article is nothing new.

It is a repeated information of my previous article on forming the distance Esperanto university (DEU).

How to raise fund for forming the DEU ? In fact, it is not a donation, Esperantists are tuned to donations. It is an investment. Of course, the company must have good management system.

There are more than 1000 participants of universal congress of Esperanto, if there were 10% interested in the project and would like to see Esperanto flourish in every corner of the world, especially helping UNESCO to eradicate illiteracy in the world, next helping UNWTO to make tourism more pleasant without communication problem, there would be 100 persons.

Even with 1% of the 1000, it would be 10 persons. One person invest 1000 euros , you would get the followings:

10 x 1000 euros =10,000 euros

100 x 1000 euros = 100,000 euros.

If there were not more than 10 persons interested in seeing the world living with peace, that would be problems of the Esperantujo. Thus, you would see my leaving of Esperantujo has nothing surprise but the Esperantujo is a horrible circle in the world.

The investment of 1000 euros could be returned in next five years plus a little interests. It is not a donation which would have no returns.

The questions to ask are:

How much to register a company in Hungary?

How much to get the internet domain name in Hungary?

How much to get a official website with Word Press ?

You could get all these online even I am far away from the country.

The recruitment of teaching staff would be based on the piece of work involved, which is very similar to edukado.net KER examination.

Don’t forget, this is a distance learning university, which does not require physical building to house the staff, library etc. All these materials are left to the agents in the world, whether they want to make a online library for DEU or they do it locally.

·     *  I choose Hungary to be the point for the DEU because at this moment, only Hungary government recognised Esperanto officially. But unfortunately, the Hungary Esperanto Association spent lots of money and time in promoting Esperanto via radio, they rather not thinking of forming DEU.
