Faru tion kion vi diru : I care so I speak

 

Kompreneble ili ne akceptas la vorton, bankrota por komitatanoj de UEA.

Ĉar mia pli frua artikolo tuŝis hontigan agon vidi domon preskaŭ atingi la postulon por kandidatiĝi por heredaĵstatuso.

Se ĉi tiuj homoj estus en la komerca mondo, ili longe maldungus de la manaĝero. La demando estas, ĉu UEA bezonas Ĝeneralan Direktoron? Kiom granda estas ĉi tiu organizo? Kun dek mil membroj aŭ malpli? Ĉi tio estas malbona administrado de homaj rimedoj.

Ekde la komenco la administrado de UEA estis en la malĝusta direkto. Ili uzis la firmaosistemon sed ne vere trudis la valoron de firmao kie profito estas metita en la antaŭa parto. La profito ĉi tie estas kiom malproksime la Esperanto estas akceptata de la homoj kaj la mondo.

Kiu sidis en la posteno de Ĝenerala Direktoro dum jaroj kaj nenio okazis, oni vidis nur la senutilan universalan kongreson.

La plej facila laboro de prezidanto de internacia organo estas la prezidanto de UEA, li/li zorgas nur pri la parolado dum la UKon sed ne aliaj aferoj. Apud vi povas legi la eksprezidantojn de UEA, la mesaĝon kaj aferojn pri kiuj ili zorgas en Fejsbuko kaj Tvitero, plej malbone estas kelkaj eksprezidanto, eĉ ŝlosis la Fejsbukon, mi ja menciis lian nomon antaŭe kaj ne volas malŝpari mian tempo denove tajpi lian nomon ĉi tie.

Estas vere hontige por la Esperantujo havi prezidantojn, kiuj ne uzas Esperanton en ĉiuj liaj mesaĝoj, mi nur trovis, ke Renato Corsetti estas la sola kiu uzas Esperanton plej multe de ĉiuj siaj mesaĝoj en Fejsbuko. Dankon Renato, vi vere vivas la diron kiel esperantisto.

Oni trompis min pri tio, ke esperantistoj klopodas por ke Esperanto estu la internacia lingvo kaj helpas ĉiujn landojn en la mondo ŝpari pli da mono en lernado de dua lingvo kaj la fina celo estas elradikigi analfabetecon de la mondo.

Bedaŭrinde, vi vidas nenion pri tio. Nur la UEA-komitato kuraĝas reformi la sistemon de UEA, alie, Esperanto estas hobia lingvo por novaj Esperanto-parolantoj.

As my earlier article touched on a shameful act to see a house almost reaching the requirement for applying for heritage status.

If these people were in the commercial world, they would have long sacked by the manager. The very question is, does UEA need a Director General ? How big is this organisation? With ten thousand members or less ? This is a bad human resource management.

From the beginning, the management of UEA was in the wrong direction. They were using the company system but not truly imposed the value of a company where profit is placed in the front part. The profit here is how far the Esperanto is accepted by the people and the world.

Who sat in the position of Director General for years and nothing much happened, only the useless universal congress were seen.

The easiest job of president of an international body is the president of UEA, s/he only care for the speech during the UKon but not other things else.  Beside, you can read the ex-presidents of UEA, the message and issues they care about in Facebook and Twitter, worst is a few ex-president, even locked the Facebook, I did mentioned his name before and do not want to waste my time to type his name again here.

It is truly shameful for the Esperantujo to have presidents that do not use Esperanto in all his messages, I only found Renato Corsetti  is the only one who uses Esperanto most of all his messages in Facebook. Thank you Renato, you truly live to the saying as an Esperantist.

I was been cheated that Esperantists were working towards to make Esperanto as the international language and helps all countries in the world to save more money in learning second language and the final goal is to eradicate illiteracy from the world.

Unfortunately, you see nothing on this. It is only the UEA committee brave to reform the system of UEA, otherwise, Esperanto is a hobby language for new Esperanto speakers.
