DEU, Money and Creativity : I care so I speak

 

Se vi serĉus multan monon instruante en malproksima Esperanto-universitato (DEU), vi enirus la malĝustan lokon.

DEU kompreneble povas doni al vi multan monon sed ĝi dependas de kiom kreiva vi estas kaj kiom vi volas ŝanĝi.

Ĝis nun, se vi ankoraŭ ne funkcius kiel distanca instrua universitato funkcias, vi estus saĝa ne partopreni en la DEU-projekto sed anstataŭ registri vin en via loka distanca universitato, elektu la memstudan reĝimon.

La salajroj de instruistaro baziĝas sur projekto al projekto. Sekve, se vi havus iom da buŝoj por manĝi hejme, vi ne rezignu vian plentempan laboron.

Se vi estus kreema, vi povus akiri al vi pli da enspezoj per DEU en formo de ŝanĝiĝanta vivmaniero. Vi eble ne estas nura instruista profesoro sed vi estus administranto de via kompanio, instruisto de Esperanto kaj prelegado en viaj profesiaj kampoj per la moderna teknologio, ekzemple, YouTube, ZOOM ktp.

Kiom vi gajnus, dependas de kiom kreiva vi estas kaj kiel vi rigardas Esperanton povus ŝanĝi la mondon precipe por la malriĉaj homoj en la mondo. Bonvolu raporti al kiel UOP-projektoj helpis la afrikanojn.

Via partopreno en DEU donas al aliaj homoj, al la studentoj pli da mono kaj al la lokaj komercaj sektoroj, kiel suvenirobutikoj ktp. Ĉu ricevi tion nun?

Almenaŭ vi bezonis du jardekojn por vidi Esperanton prosperi en la mondo, vi scias, kiel vi kontribuas al la mondŝanĝo.

Partopreni en formado de DEU estas formo de ŝanĝo. Ĝi ne estas egoisma laboro por gajni pli da mono. Ĝi helpas la malriĉulojn, precipe en Afriko, kompreneble, ankaŭ en Latinameriko kaj Azio.

DEU, Money and Creativity

If you were looking for lots of money by teaching in distance Esperanto university (DEU) , you were getting into the wrong place.

DEU of course can give you a lot of money but it depends on how creative you are and how much you want to change.

Until now, if you still did not how a distance teaching university function, you would be wise not to involve in the DEU project but instead of register yourself in your local distance university, choose the self-study mode.

The wages of teaching staff is based on project to project. Therefore, if you had some mouths to be fed at home, you should not resign from your full time job.

If you were creative, you could get yourself more income through DEU in a form of changing life style. You may not be a mere teaching professor but you would be a manager of your company, teacher of Esperanto and lecturing in your fields of profession via the modern technology, example, YouTube, ZOOM etc.

How much would you earn depends on how creative you are and how you view Esperanto could change the world especially for the poor people in the world. Please refer to how UOP projects were helping the Africans.

Your involvement in DEU gives other people, the students more money and the local business sectors, like souvenir shops etc. Get that now ?

At least you needed two decades to see Esperanto prosperous in the world, you know how you contribute to the change of the world.

Participating in forming DEU is a form of change. It is not a selfish job for gaining more money. It is helping the poor people, especially in Africa, of course, in Latin America and Asia as well.
