Estas optimisme vidi 2 aŭ 3 jardekojn laŭ la vojo de DEU esti bela floro.

Ne, ĝi ne estas floro, ĝi estas granda kuko por entreprenistoj. Kie estas mono, la odoro fluos, la nazoj de komercistoj sentos ĝin (Ne la esperantaj komercistoj de IKEF). DEU alportus kaj vastigus diversmaniere jene:

Privataj altlernejoj

La DEU altirus iujn investantojn formi privatan kolegion por servi riĉajn studentojn, kiuj ne volas studi memstare sed pretas pagi altajn prezojn kaj sidantaj en la prelegejoj. HELP-universitato en mia lando estas unu el la ekzemploj, kiuj estas agento, kiu instruas la tutan kurson de la Universitato de Londono Ekstera Programo, Diplomo pri Ekonomiko kaj la Juro (LLB). Kompreneble ankaŭ ekzistas malmultaj altlernejoj, kiuj provizas la LLB-programojn de la Universitato de Londono, ĉar la studentoj ne povis studi memstare aŭ pli ĝuste ne studi memstare. La fama politikisto LIM Kit Siang studis tian kurson dum sia politika malliberigo en malliberejo sen ekstera instruado. Estis multaj instruistoj studitaj por eduka grado kiel parto de supren-gradiga procezo. Kompreneble, Universitato de Londona Ekstera Programo estas agnoskita tutmonde ĉar ĝia kvalito de kursoj similas al la interna programo. Estas malajzianoj, kiuj loĝas aŭ restas (en la angla, vivi kaj resti havas alian signifon) en la provinco Johor, kie ĝi estas proksima al Singapuro kaj studas en Universitato de Singapuro aŭ Universitato Nanyang ekster universitataj diplomoj, plejparte estas por majstroj kaj PH D -nivelo. . La universitatoj donas minimuman helpon, instruadon kaj intensan prelegadon, kiujn studentoj kolektas dum kelkaj tagoj kun intensaj preleghoroj. La fama kurso estas la MBA, kiu altiris multajn kompaniojn altrangajn oficistojn aŭ eĉ ĉefoficiston studi por scii sed ne la atestilon.

Se Esperanto-parolantoj estus kuraĝaj kaj aventuremaj, ili povus akiri vere ĉi tiun komercon, ĉar mi pretas, se mi rajtus esti agento por instruado kaj varbado.

Fakte ĝi similas al la instruado de unulingva temo, Esperanto kaj partoprenas la KER-esperantlingvan ekzamenon. Kiom da landoj en la mondo instruas Esperanton kaj la lernantoj sidas por la KER-ekzameno?

Internaciaj lernejoj

Venas tago aŭ eĉ pli frue, ke iuj landoj povas komenci la internacian lernejon pri esperanta enhavo anstataŭ anglalingvajn internaciajn lernejojn. Ĉu vi konas malmultajn tiajn lernejojn en via lando? Kiel ili administras la edukan sistemon?

Oni povas starigi la esperantan internacian lernejon de supera nivelo, kiu havus 16 jarojn ĝis 18 jaroj.

Estas multaj investantoj el diversaj mondopartoj kaj certe vi konas la eksterlandajn ambasadojn aŭ altajn komisiitajn oficejojn. La familio de ĉi tiuj eksterlandaj personoj bezonas sendi la infanojn al lernejo por edukado. Kompreneble iuj preferas sendi al la lokaj lernejoj de junuloj, kio estas pli malmultekosta kiel Patricia RYAN.

Sed aliaj preferas sendi al internaciaj lernejoj, kiujn ili povas daŭrigi por edukado, se ili ricevos translokigon, la Monda Kolegio estas tia eduka instituto. Mi sugestis pri tio en la pasinteco, traserĉi la Mondan Kolegion. Ili havas similan instruplanon tra la mondo.

La gepatroj de ĉi tiuj eksterlandaj diplomatoj kaj investantoj ne zorgas, ĉar iliaj infanoj povas daŭre studi en DEU aŭ iri al aliaj universitatoj en aliaj mondopartoj. Iuj el la lernantoj de la internaciaj lernejoj eble ne elektas studi en anglalingvaj landoj. Ili preferas studi en Japanio, Koreio, Francio aŭ Hispanio ktp. La fremdaj lingvoj lernataj dum la pli aĝaj jaroj donas al ili elektojn.

Se hungara registaro rekonus la DEU-gradon, ili eble elektus studi en Hungario. Kompreneble ili povas elekti la hungaran nacian tipon de universitato aŭ DEU. La Universitato Yang En en Ĉinio estas tia privata universitato. La kurso ĉefe uzas la anglan sed studentoj devas regi forte ĉinan lingvon, ĉar parto de la kursoj estas en ĉina lingvo. Sed la kampuso de Xia Men University en Malajzio uzas la anglan por ĉiuj kursoj apud la ĉina lingva majoro. Eĉ la studentoj el Ĉinio, kiuj volas studi en la kampuso de Malia Universitato Xia Men, ili devas regi bone anglan lingvon, kaj kutime ili baziĝas sur IELTS-lingva kapablo, kiel faras aliaj anglalingvaj landoj por akcepti eksterlandajn studentojn.

Ĉiuj esperantaj internaciaj lernejoj en la mondo devas fari gepatran lingvan studadon nepre. La lernejo povas dungi la ambasadorejojn por fari tion aŭ kiel Kovim-19 donis al ni la ideon, la distancan lernan programon de ilia patrolando. Intensa kurso dum la semestraj ferioj en iliaj patrolandoj fortigus la regadon de sia gepatra lingvo. Ĉinaj investantoj de Ĉinio kaj Tajvano ŝatus tion, ĉar ili por ĉiam ne volas lasi la gepatran lingvon kliniĝantan. La infano devas esti ĉiam dulingva ĝis meznivela.

Por fini ĉi tiun artikolon, oni povas vidi kiel DEU malfermiĝas por multaj homoj por havi laborpostenojn kaj ŝanĝas la mondon. Sed atentu, estus multaj defioj survoje, ĉar la komercaj sektoroj ĵetus kritikojn al Esperanto. Esperanto-parolantoj devas pruvi, ke Esperanto estas funkcia lingvo en ĉiuj sektoroj kaj profesiaj kampoj, eĉ la internacia juro en internacia kortumo povus inkluzivi Esperanton kiel oficialan lingvon.

Rezulte, plej multaj NRO-oj aŭtomate uzus Esperanton. Ĉi tio silente atingus la celon de Unesko respekti la rezolucion de Unesko 1985. DEU ŝanĝas ĉiujn al pli bona mondo, ĝi ne plu estus analfabeteco en la mondo kaj Unesko ŝparus multan monon en alfabetigo

The future of Distance Esperanto University (DEU)

It is optimistically to see 2 or 3 decades down the road of DEU is going to be a beautiful flower.

No, it is not a flower, it is a big cake for entrepreneurs. Where there is money, the smell will flow, the noses of business people will sense it (Not the IKEF Esperanto business people). DEU would bring and expand in various ways as follows:

Private colleges

The DEU would attract some investors to form a private college to cater for rich students who do not want to study on their own but willing to pay for high prices and sitting in the lecture rooms. HELP university in my country is one of the example which is am agent which teaches University of London External Programme, Diploma of Economics and the Law (LLB) entire course. Of course, there are few colleges too which provide the University of London LLB programmes as the students could not study on their own or rather not to study on their own. The famous politician LIM Kit Siang studied such a course during his political detention in prison without external tuition. There were many teachers studied for Education degree as a part of up grading process. Of course, University of London External Programme degree is recognized world wide as its quality of courses is similar to the internal programme. Do not forget the history of University of London is long and the effect of Great Britain colonization.

There are Malaysians who live or stay in the Johor province, where it is near to Singapore and study in University of Singapore or Nanyang University off campus degrees, mostly are for masters and PH D level. The universities provide minimum assistance, tuition and intense lecturing, which students gather for a few days with intense lecture hours. The famous one is the MBA which attracted many companies senior officers or even CEO to study for the knowledge but not the certificate.

If Esperanto speakers were brave and adventurous, they could get really for this business as I am ready if I were permitted to be an agent for teaching and recruiting.

In fact it is similar to the teaching of single language subject, Esperanto and take part in the KER Esperanto language examination. How many countries in the world are teaching Esperanto and the learners are sitting for the KER examination ?

 

 

International schools

There comes a day or even sooner, that some countries can begin the Esperanto content international school instead of English language content international schools. Do you know few of such schools in your country? How they manage the education system?

One can set up the Esperanto international school from senior level, that would be 16 years old to 18 years old.

There are many investors from different parts of the world and certainly, you know the foreign embassies or high commissioner offices. The family of these foreign staff need to send the children to school for education. Of course, some prefer to send to the local schools from young which is cheaper as Patricia RYAN did.

But others prefer to send to international schools which they can continue for education if they got transfer, the World College is such an education institute. I did suggested about it in the past, search the World College. They have similar syllabus throughout the world.

The parents of these foreign diplomats and investors have no worry as their children can continue to study in DEU or go on to other universities in other parts of the world. Some of the pupils of the international schools may not choose to study in English speaking countries. They prefer to study in Japan, Korea, France or Spain etc. The foreign languages learn during the senior years provide them with choices.

If Hungary government recognized the DEU degree, they might choose to study in Hungary. Of course, they can choose the Hungary national type of university or DEU. The Yang En University in China is such a private university. The course is mainly using English but students must have strong command of Chinese language as part of the courses are in Chinese language. But Xia Men University Malaysia campus uses English for all courses beside the Chinese language major. Even the students from China who want to study in Xia Men University Malaysia campus, they must have good command of English language, and normally they base on IELTS language proficiency as other English speaking countries do to accept foreign students.

All Esperanto international schools in the world should make mother tongue study a must. The school can employ the embassy staff to do so or as Covid-19 gave us the idea, the distance learning programme from their mother land. Intensive course during the semester holidays in their mother lands would strengthen the command of their mother tongue. Chinese investors from China and Taiwan would love that as they forever do not want to leave the mother tongue leaning out. The child should all the time be bilingual to a level of intermediate.

To conclude for this article, one can see how DEU open up for many people to have jobs and changes the world. But mind you, there would be much challenges on the way as the business sectors would hurl criticism to Esperanto. Esperanto speakers must prove that Esperanto is a functional language in all sectors and professional fields even the international law in international court of justice might include Esperanto as an official language.

As a result, most NGOs would automatically use Esperanto. This would silently achieve the aim of UNESCO to respect the resolution of UNESCO 1985. A DEU changes all to a better world, it would be no more illiteracy in the world and UNESCO would save lots of money in literacy programme.
