Kiel komencas DEU?

 

Ĉi tiu estas la du foje , ke mi metis la informadon.

La informoj pri registra proceduro baziĝas sur mia lando. Ĝi povus esti varia en aliaj landoj precipe en Hungario. Estas ;

a. Registri la kompanion 

b. Registri la URL kun edu-domajno kaj lando. 

Elektante la nomon de la universitato, bonvolu ne uzi la vorton Esperanto-Universitato, ĝi estas abomena vorto videbla en la mondo. Jen la sugesto: Universitato de Suno (Suna Universitato, kiu donas lumon kaj varman al ĉiuj anguloj) Universitato de Lumo, (Luma Universitato, kiu ankaŭ lumigas ĉiujn angulojn) Universitato de Sunlumo (Sunshine University, kiu donas lumon kaj varme al ĉiuj anguloj) * Bonvolu ne uzi Universitaton de Zamenholf, ĉar estas multaj islamaj landoj kiuj ne ŝatas Israelon. Kvankam Zamenhof ne revenis al Isreal, li estis judoj. Fanatikaj islamanoj vidas alimaniere. 

Kie estas la ĉefsidejo kaj laborejo. Laborista oficejo povas esti tre malproksima de la ĉefa oficejo. Ĉu la kompanio registriĝas en Hungario havante ĉefsidejon en Nederlando? Se eblus, UEA-adreso povas esti uzata kaj oficiala poŝto estas kolektita unufoje semajne aŭ dufoje semajne de volontulo, la UEA havas multajn problemojn nuntempe. Ĝi eble volus meti ĝin ie, kiu havas malpli da polemikoj en politiko. Fakte ĝi plejparte uzas retpoŝton sed iuj dokumentoj ankoraŭ estus en paperoj. Ne estu en ĉinio.

Ĉi tio povas esti farita samtempe 

Informu ĉiujn Esperanto-asociojn, kiuj pretas entrepreni la projekton por varbi studentojn, bonvolu sekvi la regularojn de ĉiu lando, ekzemple en mia lando, NRO ne rajtas komerci, resume, iu el la asocio aŭ amikoj havas registriĝi por privata kompanio. Varbu la instruistaron 

Memoru, ke la instruistaro, ĉu profesoro aŭ preleganto ne estus pagita plentempe, krom se ili pretas formi sian propran kompanion kaj samtempe fari la komercon por instrui iujn kursojn. 

Se la agento havus la kapablon plani la kursan strukturon kaj varbi la lokajn Esperanto-parolantojn por instrui, estus multe pli bone.

Fakte temas pri intertraktado de agentejo kaj instruistaro. La kosto por la kurso baziĝas sur ĉiuhora aŭ la totala kurso. Kutime temas pri 8 horoj da prelegoj. 

Ĝi ne baziĝas sur la tasko sed la fina ekzameno estas kalkulita. Ĝi similas al ekstera programo de Universitato de Londono. Ĉar la DEU ne havas laŭvolajn fakojn, do ne necesas havi taskon, sed la kerna scio gravas. Ĉiu kurso devas havi la: Je la fino de ĉi tiu kurso, la studentoj povos havi -------- (scioj)

Estas universitato en Pollando povas fari ĝin. 

Majstra kaj Ph-D-nivelo malfermita al parolantoj de Esperanto, kiuj volis estonte fariĝi profesoro aŭ preleganto. Kiam la bakalaŭraj studentoj finos la kurson, ĝi pasos 5 jarojn poste kaj la majstroj kaj PH D-studentoj ankaŭ devus esti diplomiĝintaj kaj ne estos vakuo aŭ manko de profesoroj aŭ prelegantoj. 

Kosto de la kurso, alvoku pli da distanca lernada universitato en via lando kaj aliaj per la helpo de esperantistoj en la mondo por kompari kaj fiksi laŭ la meza kosto.

Post kiam la preparado de fakultato estas starigita, komencu la oficialan retejon malmultekoste, Word Press estas rekomendinda 

Ĉiu agento faras sian propran retejon kaj ligas al la oficiala retejo por montri la oficialan statuson de agentejo.

Kiel komencas DEU ? 

The registration procedure information is based on my country. It might be varied in other countries especially in Hungary.

Register the company

Register the URL with edu domain and country. Choosing the name of the university, please do not use the word Esperanto University, it is a disgusting word to be seen in the world. Here is the suggestion:

Universitato de Suno ( Sun University which gives out light and warm to all corners)

Universitato de Lumo, (Light University which is also giving light to all corners)

Universitato de Sunlumo (Sunshine University which gives out light and warm to all corners)

*Pleas do not use Universitato de Zamenholf, as there are many Muslim countries do not like Israel. Though Zamenhof did not return to Isreal, he was a Jews. Fanatic Muslims see otherwise.

 

Where is the head office and working office. Working office can be in far away from the head office. Can the company register in Hungary be having head office in Netherlands? If it were possible, UEA address can be used and official mail is collected once a week or twice a week by a volunteer, the UEA has lots of problem currently. It might want to place it somewhere which has less controversy in politics. In fact, it is mostly using email but some documents still would be in papers. It should not be in China.

This can be done at the same time

Inform all the Esperanto associations which are willing to take up the project to recruit students, please follow the regulations of each country, for example, in my country, NGO is not allow to do business, in short, someone from the association or friends have to register for a private company.

Recruit the teaching staff

Be reminded, that the teaching staff, whether professor or lecturer would not be paid full time unless they are willing to form their own company and do the business at the same time to teach some courses.

If the agent had the ability to plan out the course structure and recruit the local Esperanto speakers to teach, it would be much better.

Actually, this is the negotiation of agency and the teaching staff.

The cost for the course is based on hourly or the total course. Normally it is a 8 hours of lectures. It is not based on the assignment but the final examination, is counted. It is similar to University of London external programme. As the DEU has no optional subjects thus no need to have assignment, but the core knowledge is important. Each course should have the :

There is a university in Poland has the teaching abilty.

 

Master and Ph D level open to Esperanto speakers who wanted to become the professor or lecturer in future. By the time the bachelor degree students have finished the course, it would be 5 year later and the Masters and PH D students should also have graduated and there will be no vacuum or shortage of professors or lecturers.

Cost of the course, call up more distance learning university in your country and others via the help of Esperanto speakers in the world to compare and set at the medium range of cost.

b.  Tuition via online by individual lecturer

Tuition by the local lecturers.  Brazil has lots of lecturers who speak Esperanto.
