I care so I speak : Korŝira diro

 

Temas pri adiaŭo al Esperantujo. Fakte estas tro malfrue. 

Mi devintus diri ĝin antaŭ du jaroj sed mi daŭris ĝis 11 jaroj. La tutan tempon, mi esperas, ke venos kelkaj kuraĝaj esperantistoj por fari la Distancan Esperanto-Universitaton (DEU)  realaĵo. 

Ĉu mi estas tro naiva? Jes, jes, estas certe. 

Kiel Esperanto-amiko diris tion, multaj frenezuloj de UKo kaj IJKo estus tre feliĉaj ĉar ne plu estus homoj vokantaj bojkoti la UKon kaj IJKon. Fakte mi estas tro malĝoja por lasi lin batali sola. Mi diris al li tion, forgesu Esperanton kaj trovu lian novan vivon en sia nacia lingvo aŭ lernu la anglan kaj enspezu pli da mono por lia estonta vivo. 

 

Multaj talentaj E-istoj venis kaj foriris, ili havis kelkajn argumentojn kun la frenezaj E-istoj. Silente, ili foriris, esploru. La plej facila estas la lernantoj de Duolingo, kiom da ili ankoraŭ uzas Esperanton post lernado de Esperanto? Kompreneble ili estas lingvamantoj. Ili feliĉe lernas alian lingvon kaj fiere prezentas ĝin al la mondo, ke li / ŝi estas poligloto. Mi parolas 9 lingvojn kaj mi ne menciis, ke mi estas poligloto. Se mi estus lingva amanto, mi povus regi pli ol 20 lingvojn. Mi testis kaj eksperimentis en Duolingo post lernado de Esperanto, estas la fakto ke, Esperanto estas vere lingvohelpilo precipe en la eŭropaj lingvoj, kiel portugala, hispana, franca, itala ktp. Samlandanino respondis al la artikolo Loyar Burok, kiun mi verkis ĉirkaŭ 20 artikolojn pri Esperanto, ŝi studis en Rumanio kaj kompreneble, ŝi devas povi regi la rumanan lingvon. Post la kurso, ŝi translokiĝis al Francio por daŭrigi la studojn kaj ŝi eksciis tion, ke ŝi povus ekpreni la francan facile kompare kun aliaj studentoj. Scii unu lingvon ĝisfunde helpas lerni sekvan lingvon facile sed ne pro Esperanto. Kio Esperanto havas super aliaj lingvoj, Esperanto havas multajn latinajn radikajn lingvojn, do eŭropaj lingvoj estas interkovritaj. Simile lerni la ĉinan dialekton de Min Nan Hua, Ke Jia Hua ktp, ĝi interkovras unu la alian en vortprovizo, eĉ en la korea kaj la japana.

Estas tro korŝire forlasi Esperantujon, kompreneble, tamen mi devas antaŭeniri kun novaj elektoj. Homo devas konstante revizii sian agmanieron kaj laboron. Ĝi ne sidus la tutan vivon sur la saman tablon dum 40 jaroj da laboro. Nur tiuj, kiuj timas ŝanĝon, restas ĝis la fino de sia vivo. 

Kreskante en la malriĉa familio kaj batalante en la neegala sistemo de la lando, mi batalis por ŝanĝi kaj laboris por pli bona tago. Mi laboris tage kaj studis nokte kun la kerosena lumo. Ĉi tio tre similas al la afrika vivstilo. Sed mi estis multe pli bona ol afrikaj gefratoj, ĉar mia lando ŝanĝiĝis kaj la vivo estis pli bona jaro post jaro. Sed pri simpla popolo sen politika rilato, mi tamen devis batali por pli bona vivo. 

Mi studis senĉese kvankam mi tiam alvenas al la 40 jaroj. Mi eniris lokan universitatan PH. D -kurson por esplori por Esperanto, kiam mi estis 54-jaraj. 

Mi sciis, kiel vivas la malriĉuloj. Eĉ unu estas riĉa sed ne havas lingvan talenton, li ankoraŭ ne povas antaŭeniri al pli bona vivo, almenaŭ ili havas iom da scio. Esperanto povus provizi, ke ne la lingvo, ĝi estas la distanca Esperanta universitato. 

Jen la kialo, mi multe laboris por veki la dormantajn esperantistojn, precipe tiujn, kiuj havas respondecojn en la asocioj aŭ mondaj instancoj. Ĉu mi povus sukcesi? Unu ĉinulo diris, ke Esperanto bezonos 300 jarojn por esti internacia lingvo, same kiel la minoritata lingvo. Bedaŭrinde ĉi tiu ĉinulo scias uzi interreton por afiŝi artikolojn en ĉina forumo sed li ne sciis vivi en la interreta epoko. 

En interreta epoko, unu jaro ekvivalentas al 5 jaroj en la pasinta normala tempo. Mi estis 11 jaroj en Esperantujo, pasis 55 jaroj kun nenio videbla. 

Kiom da Esperanto-parolantoj serioze volas vidi Esperanton iĝi la internacia lingvo? Mi permesas tiujn prezidantojn de ĉiuj Esperanto-asocioj pripensi ĝin. 

Tempo kaj tajdo atendas neniun homon. (Mi certas, ĉi tiun idiomon la Gugla tradukisto ne povas traduki. Se vi legus la Esperantan version, bonvolu raporti al la originala Angla versio ĉi tie. Mi provis verki kiel eble plej simpla por ke Gugla tradukilo povu bone traduki ĝin.) Mi devas atendi ankoraŭ 50 jarojn por vidi la homojn en la vilaĝoj suferi sen scio? Scio estas potenco. Kun scio, ili povas ŝanĝi sin kaj landon, finfine la mondon. 

Ĉu vi vere volas, ke la mondo ŝanĝiĝu por pli bone?

It comes to the point to say goodbye to Esperantujo. It is too late, in fact.

I should have said it two years ago but I dragged on to 11 years. All the time, I am hoping there would be a few brave Esperanto speakers would come up to make the distance Esperanto university a reality.

Am I too naïve ? Yes, I am, certainly.

As an Esperanto friend said that, many frenezuloj de UKo kaj IJKo would be very happy because there would be no more people calling to boycott the UKo and IJKo.

In fact, I am too sad to let him fight alone. I told him that, forget Esperanto and find his new life in his national language or learn English and make more money for his future life.

Many talented Esperanto speakers came and went, they had a few arguments with the crazy Esperanto speakers. Silently, they left, do your research. The easiest is the Duolingo learners, how many of them are still using Esperanto after learning Esperanto?

Of course, they are language lovers. They are happily learning another language and proudly present it to the world that he/she is a polyglot. I speak 9 languages and I did not mention that I am a polyglot. If I were language lover, I would have able to command more than 20 languages. I tested and experimented in Duolingo after learning Esperanto, it is the fact that, Esperanto is really a language helper especially in the European languages, like Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian etc.

A fellow country lady replied to the Loyar Burok article, which I wrote about 20 articles about Esperanto, she was studying in Romania and of course, she must be able to command the Romanian language. After the course, she moved to France to continue the studies and she found out that, she could grab French easily compared to other students. Knowing one language thoroughly helps to learn next language easily but not because of Esperanto. What Esperanto has over other languages is, Esperanto has many Latin root-languages, thus, European languages are overlapped. It is similarly in learning the Chinese dialect of Min Nan Hua, Ke Jia Hua etc, it overlaps one another in vocabulary, even in Korean and Japanese.

It is too heart breaking to leave Esperantujo, of course, however, I have to move forward with new choices. A person must constantly review his/her course of action and work. It would not be sitting the whole life on the same table for 40 years of working. Only those who are afraid of change, stay till the end of their lives.

Growing up in the poor family and battling in the unequal system of the country, I fought to change and worked towards a better day. I worked in the day and studied at night with the kerosene light. This is very similar to the African lifestyle. But I was much better than African brothers and sisters, as my country changed and life was better year by year. But as for a common people with no political connection, I still had to fight for better life. I studied non stopping though I am coming to the 40 years old then. I entered a local university PH D course to do a research for Esperanto when I was 54 years old.

I knew how life was for poor people. Even one is rich but has no language talent, s/he still cannot move forward to better life, at least they have some knowledge.  Esperanto could provide that, not the language, it is the distance Esperanto university.

This is the reason, I worked hard to wake up the sleeping Esperanto speakers, especially those who hold responsibilities in the associations or world bodies. Could I succeed?

One Chinese man said, it would take 300 years for Esperanto to be international language, just like the minority language. Unfortunately, this Chinese man knows how to use internet to post articles in Chinese forum but he did not know how to live in the internet age.

In internet age, one year  is equivalent to 5 years in the past normal time. I was 11 years in Esperantujo, it was 55 years passed with nothing be seen.

How many Esperanto speakers are seriously wanting to see Esperanto becoming the international language? I let those presidents of all the Esperanto associations to think about it.

Time and tide waits for no man. (I am sure, this idiom the Google translator cannot translate it. If you were reading the Esperanto version, please refer to the original English version here. I tried to write as simple as possible so that Google translator can translate it well.) Do I have to wait for another 50 years to see the people in the villages suffering without knowledge? Knowledge is power. With knowledge, they can change themselves and country, finally the world.
