Ĉu DEU povas realigi en 3 monatoj ?

 

Kiel mi derivas, ke Distanca Esperanto-Universitato (DEU) povas formiĝi en 3 monatoj.

La informo baziĝas sur mia landa sistemo, ĉar mi okupiĝis pri malmultaj komercaj aranĝoj mem kaj por aliaj homoj. Plejparte estas malgranda komerco. Ĉiuj aferoj kreskas de malgranda.

Registriĝo por kompanio daŭras nur unu horon, nun ekzistas interreta kandidatiĝo.

En mia lando ĉi tiu speco de komerco estas trejnata, seminario.

Poste elektu nomon por universitataj bezonoj iom da tempo. Ĝi estos jarcenta projekto. Mi proponis kelkajn, se vi interesus uzi ĝin, sen kopirajto, prenu ĝin.

Venu por rezervi la interretan retejan domajnon. Eble necesos kelkaj horoj por serĉi ĝin. Kompreneble, ĝi ĉiam serĉas internacian sistemon, edu.hr (nomo de lando). Ĉi tio eble ricevos aprobon de la ministerio pri edukado.

Atendante la instaladon de la retejo, per Word Press, estas multaj senpagaj kromaĵoj kaj malmultekostaj. Akiru unu por desegni simplan paĝon, metu ĝin kiel konstruatan sed povas kontakti la administracion per retpoŝto.

Akiru la foruman paĝon, prefere la Google-forumo, sed mi scias, ke esperantistojn ŝati io forum. Mi bezonas esplori pri ĉi tiu sistemo.

Varbu la agentojn en ĉiuj landoj en la mondo. Elektu unu se estis du aŭ tri en iu lando. Ne konfuzu la homojn kun tro multaj agentejoj. La agento povas starigi filiojn en la lando. Lasu la kreivan agenton fari ĝin. Memoru, nur UNU agento en UNU lando, resume, DEU povus havi 100 agentojn en la mondo.

Laŭ la datumoj, 1 agento por akiri 10 studentojn, entute estus 1000 studentoj komence.

Plej bone estus fokusiĝi al plenkreskaj studentoj, kio signifas, la laborantaj plenkreskuloj, kiuj volis plibonigi siajn kapablojn aŭ atestilon por akiri promocion.

Poste planu pli mallongajn kursojn, precipe nun la MOOC estas la populara. La lernantoj pagas kaj ricevas la atestilojn. Monda Organizaĵo pri Sano (OMS) donas senpagajn sed aliajn kompaniojn, kiel Iversity. org, oni devas pagi por ricevi la ateston. Ĝi varias de tempo al tempo. Mi faris malmultajn kursojn tie kaj daŭre ricevis retpoŝtojn por plibonigi la kursan normon pagante 40 eŭrojn al 75 eŭroj por la atesto.

Estus interese scii, kiom da esperantistoj povus prepari la finajn testajn demandajn paperojn kaj marki la paperojn. Kompreneble, ĝi estus unu jaro poste de nun. Sed rapida mono, estus la kurso MOOC. Faru vian diskuton kaj planu por ĝi.

La adoleskantoj post mezlernejoj havas multajn ŝancojn loke, se ili estus riĉaj, eksterlande. Ĉiujare, la britaj universitatoj ĉirkaŭiros la mondon por kolekti monon per la Brita Eduka Ekspozicio.

Se la agentoj estus riĉaj, ili povus partopreni ankaŭ en ĉi tiu ekspozicio. Mi laboris kun loka kolegio kiel merkatisto, ni faris tion por la lokaj altlernejoj kaj universitatoj, eĉ la naciaj universitatoj ankaŭ partoprenas.

Mi deziris, ke nun estas klare, kiel komenci distancan universitaton, kiel mi ofte emfazis, ke du reĝimoj de lernado kaj la finekzameno ankoraŭ estas la sola papero, kiu decidas vian sorton.

How I derive to say that Distance Esperanto University (DEU) can be formed in 3 months.

The information is based on my country system as I have engaged in few business set ups myself and for other people. Mostly is a small business. All things grow from small.

Registration for a company takes only a hour the most, now there are online application.

In my country, this kind of business is under training, seminar.

Next, choose a name for university needs a little time. It is going to be a century project. I have suggested a few, if you were interested in using it, without copyright, take it.

Come for reserving the internet website domain. It might take a few hours to search for it. Of course, it is always look for international system to have, edu.hr (name of country). This might get the approval from the ministry of education.

While waiting for the website to be set up, using Word Press, there is lots of free plugins and cheap. Get one to design a simple page, put it as under construction but is able to contact the administration via email.

Get the forum page on, preferable the Google forum but I know Esperantists like io forum. I need to research on this system.

Recruit the agents in all countries in the world. Select one if there were two or three in a country. Do not confuse the people with too many agencies. The agent can set up branches in the country. Let the creative agent to do it. Remember, only ONE agent in ONE country, in short, DEU might have 100 agents in the world.

By the data, 1agent to get 10 students, in total, it would be 1000 students at the beginning.

It would be best to focus on adult students, which means, the working adults who wanted to upgrade their skills or certificate to get promotion.

Next, plan more short courses, especially now the MOOC is the popular. The learners pay and get the certificates. World Health Organisation (WHO)  gives out free but other companies, like Iversity. org, one must pay to get the testimonial. It varies from time to time. I did few courses there and keep getting emails to upgrade the course standard by paying 40 Euros to 75 euros for the testimonial.

It would interesting to know how many Esperantists could prepare the final test question papers and mark the papers. Of course, it would be a year later from now. But fast money, would be the MOOC course. Do your discussion and plan for it.

The teenagers after high schools have tons of opportunity locally, if they were rich, overseas. Each year, the British universities would go round the world to collect money via the British Education Exposition.

If the agents were rich, they could participate in this exhibition too. I worked with a local college as the marketing officer, we did that for the local colleges and universities, even the national universities take part too.

I wished that now, it is clear how to begin a distance university, as I stressed often, two modes of learning and the end examination is still the one paper decide your fate.
