kosta strukto de DEU en A, Bo Co sistemo

 

Mi ŝatas la sistemon de Esperantujo por kosta strukto.

Ĝi estas dividita en tri kategoriojn; A, B kaj C. Ĝi estas la progresintaj landoj, evolulandoj kaj subevoluantaj landoj.

Se DEU povus sekvi ĉi tiun sistemon, ĝi multe helpus afrikanojn ŝanĝi sian sorton, ĝi eble igus Esperanton la komuna lingvo en Afriko kontinenta.

Mi ne scias, ke tiuj en evoluintaj landoj protestus pro tio aŭ subtenus la ideon.

Kompreneble, DEU povas redoni iujn enspezojn per reklamoj de la kompanioj de la studentoj. Mi esperas, ke nun la administra sekcio de DEU scias pri la diferencoj de retejo kaj la blogo. Reklamoj troveblas en la blogo. Ĝi ne devas veni de Google AdSense. La studentoj, iuj el ili, povus esti administranto de kompanio kaj ili povas helpi DEU por ekvilibrigi la elspezojn,

Jen la ekzemplo por kotizaj strukturoj:

• Aliĝkotizo 100 Eŭroj

• Studenta jara kotizo 400 Eŭroj

• Kotiza ekzamena kotizo ne estas listigita ĉi tie, ĝi dependas de la temoj. Ĉi tio devus diskuti kun la koncernaj grupoj koncernitaj. Ĝi povus varii de 100 Eŭroj al 150 Eŭroj po papero.

Sekve, laŭ tia modelo, la lando A pagus 20% pli kaj la lando C pagus 20% malpli. Mi prenis ĝin el la lando B por la kalkulo.

Simpla diro, Afrika studento povas ŝpari 20% koston. Se ili povus havi pli bonan laboron estonte, ĉiuj el la tuta mondo povus doni donacon al DEU.

Krom la politika enmiksiĝo de fonduso, DEU devas pluvivi per siaj propraj meritoj.

Komence de DEU, ĝi ne gajnos multan profiton. Ĝi povus esti en perdita, de kiu, mi ne vidas, ke ĝi devus esti, ĉar tie supraj elspezoj estas tre malaltaj. Laborista oficejo estas en la evoluanta aŭ subevoluinta lando, ĝi povus esti malmultekosta kaj ne necesas prelegejo. Ĉiu instruado estas aŭ (a) memlernanta (b) interrete.

La laboranto en la laborejo povas esti parttempa, ĉar mankas multe da laboro. Se estus en mia lando, ĉirkaŭ 300 eŭroj monate. Ĝi estus malpli en Kamboĝo aŭ Laoso. Mi ne havas la salajrostrukturon en Afrika kontinento. Kontaktu ilin.

I like the system of Esperantujo for fee charging.

It is divided into three categories; A, B and C. It is the advanced countries, developing countries and under developing countries.

If DEU could follow this system, it would help Africans a lot in changing their fates, it might be making Esperanto the common language in Africa continental.

I do not know those in developed countries would protest for that or support the idea.

Of course, DEU can get back some of the revenue through advertisements from the companies of the students. I hope by now, the administration section of DEU know about the differences of website and the blog. Advertisements can be placed in the blog. It does not have to come from Google AdSense. The students, some of them, might be the manager of a company and they can help DEU for balancing the expenditure,

Here is the example for fee structures:

·      Registration fee 100 Euros

·      Student annual membership fee 400 Euros

·      Subject examination fee is not listed here, it depends on the subjects. This would have to discuss with the particular groups concerned. It could be ranged from 100 Euros to 150 Euros per paper.

Therefore, by such model, the A country would be paying 20% more and the C country would pay 20% less. I took it from the B country for the calculation.

In short. An African student can save 20% cost. If they could have better job in future, each and every one from all the world could give donation to DEU.

Putting aside from the political interference of endowment, DEU should survive on its own merits.

At the beginning of DEU, it is not going to be gain much profit. It might be in a lost, of which, I do not see it should be as there overhead expenditure is very much low. Working office is in the developing or under developed country, it could be low cost and there is not lecture hall required. All teaching is either (a) self-study (b) online.

The staff in the working office can be a part timer as there is not much work to do. If it were in my country, about 300 Euros per month. It would be less in Cambodia or Laos. I do not have the salary structure on Africa continent. Do contact them.
