The common language for ASEAN should not be English, wake up the Brunei minister

Those who were grown up in the colonial countries of Great Britain will not look one step further the changing line of the world today.

No, minister, English cannot unite all the ASEAN member countries. Only the rich countries like Singapore and your Brunei can benefit from English as both countries were the past colonial land of Great Britain.

What a shame ! Even in the internet age, the minister did not know that English is turning to Panglish and in 2020, there would be only 300 millions of native speakers of English.
