សហគមន៍អាស៊ាន នឹងជ្រើសយក ភាសាអង់គ្លេស ជាភាសា ជាសមូហភាព។ ពួកគេ មិនមាន ការយល់ព្រម ពីប្រជាជន អាស៊ាន នេះ។

យើងគួរតែ ប្រើ ភាសា អព្យាក្រឹត Esperanto ប៉ុន្តែមិនមែន ជាភាសា ចក្រពត្តិនិយម , អង់គ្លេស ។

Esperanto គឺជាការចំណាយ ភាសា មានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព។ រៀន Esperanto តម្រូវឱ្យមាន ត្រឹមតែ 200 ម៉ោង នោះទេប៉ុន្តែ ការរៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេស តម្រូវឱ្យមាន 3200 ម៉ោង។ ស្ថានភាព សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ប្រជាជន អាស៊ាន ជាច្រើន នៅតែ ក្រីក្រ ខ្លាំងណាស់ហើយ ពួកគេមិន អាចមានលទ្ធភាព ចំណាយពេល ជាច្រើនឆ្នាំ ដូច្នេះនៅក្នុង សាលារៀន។

ដូច្នេះ យើងគួរតែ ប្រាប់ តំណាង សហគមន៍អាស៊ាន ខកខាន ការប្រើប្រាស់ ភាសាអង់គ្លេស ជាភាសា អង់គ្លេស គឺមិនមាន នៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ ភាសា របស់អាស៊ាន។

នៅឆ្នាំ 2020 វាគ្មិន ដើមកំណើត អង់គ្លេស នឹងមាន ត្រឹមតែ 300 លាន នាក់នៅក្នុង ពិភពលោក។ ភាសាអង់គ្លេស ក៏នឹង ក្លាយទៅជា Panglish នៅក្នុង ប៉ុន្មាន ទសវត្សរ៍មកហើយ។ មិន អនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ មនុស្សជំនាន់ របស់យើង នាពេលអនាគត ត្រូវបាន រែកបន្ទុកដែលមាន តំណាង មកពីតំបន់ មិនឆ្លាត ទាំងអស់ របស់យើង។

Greetings to the people of  the Cambodia.

The ASEAN Community will choose English as the communal language. They did not have the consent from the people of ASEAN.

We should use a neutral language, Esperanto, but not the imperialist language, English.

Esperanto is cost effective language. Learning Esperanto only requires 200 hours but learning English requires 3200 hours. The economy situation of many ASEAN residents are still very poor and they cannot afford to spend so many years in schools.

Therefore, we should tell the representatives of ASEAN Community to forgo the use of English, as English language is not in the language system of ASEAN.

The free Esperanto learning  webiste, lernu.net has almost our languages translated, that is, Thai, Malay, Indonesia, Tagalog. Soon there will be Khmer, Laos and Myanmar languages.

It is time for us to decide our fate by our own people but not the suggestion from the western countries to use English for their own convenience and benefits but burden the people of ASEAN.

By 2020, English native speakers will be only 300 million people in the world. English would also turn into Panglish in a few decades. Do not let our future generations be burdened with all the unwise representatives from our region.
