No, language will not be a problem for the ASEAN Community.
UNESCO had long ago prepared the world for a common language, that is Esperanto.
ASEAN Community does not need English language in the region for daily interaction.
ASEAN Community needs Esperanto as the common language. The cheap and economical language for the region. Esperanto not only brings in good effect for the business, but also save cost for foreign language learning in ASEAN. The best is to eradicate the world illiteracy in the fastest period of time.
The best business language is Esperanto as the research had shown in France in 20s.

Esperanto is the best and ideal language for ASEAN Community in 2015.
