I care so I speak : fail to plan, plan to fail

 

How a team of caliber people to lead a country or a club is important.

Why many companies failed?

Esperanto international association whether is a failed association or a successful association depends on whom you are. If you were the member of the association, you would not agree to that.

However, you can make a quick survey on the street to ask the people, do they know about Esperanto ?  You don't have to ask them whether they know about Universal Esperanto Association. 

If your survey came back with negative result, you would know how bad the leaders in the UEA.

Do they plan?

Some one said that in the management course and it is a must for all the management students:

It is all about planning. If you fail to plan, you are actually planning to fail.

UEA has failed in the last 50 years. Those ex-esperantists who fought so hard to enlist Esperanto in UNESCO and UNWTO resolutions and declaration, the esperantists post 1970 did nothing. You could find their names in Wikipedia.

UEA must be reformed to go stronger in the world. There should not be individual candidates for the world body. It should be the representatives from the national bodies. The representatives from the national bodies would have better experience and financial sourcing.

Of course, you cannot have the president from China, a country which bans all kinds of communication system. How the president could carry out the work. Oh, yes, you use WeChat and all other kinds of Chinese products. 

It is not a discrimination. It is about how a job can be best carried out. Only the insider would know about the problems.

Now, take out a piece of paper and list what UEA did in the past? I strongly believe that you know other international organisation. Of course, if you were a narcissist, you could forget this suggestion. You could not produce good result to solve the world problem.
