I care so I speak : Drawing fat salary
They are the retired professors from Europe and USA.
The minds are fixed into the full time campus life and know nothing about distance learning even though I have written lots of articles in this area.
To them, they are thinking of drawing fat salary in the Esperanto distance university. They are too few professors who know Esperanto in the world now. But unfortunately, they have forgotten that learning Esperanto does not need years but only months.
Money talks. Professors from other parts of the world who want the money can quickly learn up Esperanto and take up the place.
They are the people who hinder the progress of Esperanto even though UNESCO and UNWTO had officially passed the resolutions. They know only about culture and language despite some of them are in psycholinguistics ( language lovers), they know nothing about management, not even able to manage a small stall at the roadside.
Could they be a good and creative administrator in DEU? No, I totally rejected them after discussing with them in the forum group.
Let the new and younger ones to hold the positions in DEU. Of course, the DEU does not require a lot of teaching staff as long as the students can study on their own.
The students only pay for the examination fee but not the tuition fee for the tuition.
Starting a distance university in Esperanto needs less than 10k euro dollars.
