You can still proud of the UNESCO courier in Esperanto but you do not know that Global Voices already has Esperanto version 5 years ago even before the birth of the Esperanto version of courier. Many people do not know about that political magazine, Courier, many know about Global Voices.
The question put forward to you in the talk :
How can we open Esperanto to masses ? The community is rather small and it may look weird and hermeric from outside.
Look at what your response was. It was the courier but nothing much.
You said that Esperanto can be used in all fields. Yes, it was, there was even AIS esperanto science university but why it is dead now ? Who caused the dead of AIS ?
You talked about pointing to the resolutions of UNESCO for convincing the schools and universities to accept teaching Esperanto. What a big joke, you are from Belgium. Did you go to the minister of education of your country and tell to the face of the education minister about the resolution of UNESCO and petition together with the Belgium Esperanto association to teach in the schools? UEA office is also in Netherland for more than half a century, but why Netherland government totally ignores UEA? Of course, nothing can convince Dutch government to change the education policy to teach Esperanto in the school.
However, how the Hungary Esperanto association to get the Esperanto in the education system. But less and less Hungarians are interested in learning Esperanto.
