One step forward by Esperantists

I was overjoyed to learn this Esperanto World Wide Written Test.
It is a very important step for us, especially in the ASEAN countries. Only one country out of the ten member countries has the Esperanto Association and that is Vietnam.
Now, with this world wide programme, Esperanto can be done along with other languages, the test of TOEFL, HSK 汉语水平考试(Hanyu Shui Ping Kaoshi), O Level etc.
I wish the other Esperanto associations would come forward to assist the programme and even expand the programme to university courses as I have all the time hoped and complained about. :)
Just look at the TOEFL page, you can see how they operate the test. Though HSK is gaining foot in some countries, they still unable to do it online.
Certainly, lernu.net has the similar programme it is not the same as there would have invegilators for the test. If the candidate of the test is honest enough, it save lots of cost. But, now the honesty seems to be sold out to the greed.
I wish more good programmes will be coming out soon and we in ASEAN can benefit a lot from it, the most vital would be helping the poor people to gain an international language in the shortest time and the cheapest way.
