Olympics Council should consider using Esperanto

Is  Olympics a NGO activities ?



I don't know. But the wikipedia says, it is a non profit organisation.

Well, in short, it is a non governmental organisation (NGO) too. Am I right ?

If it is the NGO, does it respect the resolutions of UNESCO 1985 ?
