A wish on Esperanto Literature Day
The birthday of the late Dr Zamenholf is almost over in my country. But the western part of the global is just beginning.
I would like to say my wish on this day.
Since we have changed the birthday to literature day, which i am much supported. There should be some activities for this day instead of just eating and talking. i did not celebrate this day since I got to know about Esperanto
What I suggest here wish that would come true by next Tago de Esperanto-Literaturo (TEL):
1. do some volunteering works
2.do some charity works.
3.organise the literature writing competition.
By orgainising the literature competition, it would be able to produce more original Esperanto literature work, like short stories, poems and novels of course, even can be films or stage shows.
It could be organise by any Esperanto associations of course, if there is none to do it, thus the responsibilty should be shouldered by the Universala Kongreson organiser. It can be done by the new host just as a part of promotion for the UK. The prizes can be ranged from the free participation in the UK or books etc.
The one year programme could begin from the 15 December each year and end in the October for selection and results announce on the 14th December.
This would be a big event too and more choices for the Esperantists.
Just my two cents.
