Ĉu vi elektis malĝustan personon por gvidi UEA?

 

La vendo de UEA-oficejo ne estas maniero returniĝi. Estas la faŭltoj de membroj, kiuj ludis la amikecan karton kaj elektis la malĝustajn personojn al komitato.

El la listo de tiuj, kiuj konsentis pri la vendo de la konstruaĵo, vi povas vidi la eksprezidantojn. La prezidanto de IKEF sidas sur la barilo (idiomo).

Nun vi povas la problemo, ke membroj de UEA devas porti ĉiujn respondecojn pri la fiasko pri afero de buĝetado kaj travidebleco de financa raporto en UEA.

La nekapablo de homo klare montris en sia pasinta sperto gvidi asocion. Kompreneble, tiuj eksprezidantoj de UEA havas la sperton pri gvidado de asocio en siaj respektivaj landoj. Eble, la membroj de la asocioj en tiuj landoj povus esti malpli ol 100 homoj. Ĝi preskaŭ similas al miaj lokaj kluboj sed ne naciaj nek internaciaj asocioj.

Iu diris, ke la posteno de prezidanto de UEA estas la plej facila en la mondo. Kion la prezidanto bezonis fari estas aperi en la mondkongreso de Esperanto kaj fari paroladon. La plej multaj el la verkoj estas kontrolataj de la sekretariejo aŭ direktoro. Nenio bezonata planado kaj la tranoktado kaj flugbileto fluganta de unu parto de la mondo al la alia estas plene pagataj de la asocio. Mi ne konas la internan historion.

Se vi ne povis gvidi internacian asocion, vi ne devus partopreni en la elekto. Vi devus esti hontigata nun pro tio, ke la asocio estas la ridindajo en la mondo. Estas facile legi ĉiujn Esperantajn artikolojn per Guglo tradukilo.

Nun la membroj, kiom da ili aktive partoprenis en la elekta procezo ? Sidiĝu kaj kompatu la Uneskon. Precipe hontu pro la forpasintaj esperantistoj, kiuj tiom batalis kaj sukcese transformis Esperanton en la rezolucion kaj deklaron de Unesko kaj UNWTO.

Have you chosen the wrong person to lead UEA ?

The sale of UEA office is no way to turn back. It is the faults of members who played the friendship card and elected the wrong persons to committee.

From the list of those who agreed on selling the building, you can see the ex presidents . The president of IKEF is sitting on the fenece (idiom).

Now you can the problem that members of UEA must bear all the responisiblities on the failure on affair of budgetting and transparency of finacial report in UEA.

The inablity of a person has clearly shown in his past experinece of leading an association. Of course, those ex presidents of UEA have the experince in leading association in their respective countries. Perhaps, the members of the associations in those countries could be less than 100 people. It is almost similar to my local clubs but not national neither international associations.

Someone said that the postion of president of UEA is the easiest in the world. What the president needed to do is appearing in the world congress of Esperanto and made a speech. Most of the works are supervise by the secreatry or director. Nothing planning needed and the lodging and air ticket flying from one part of the world to the other is fully paid by the association. I do not know the inside story. 

If you were unable to lead an international association, you should not take part in the election. You should be ashmed now for making the association the laughing stock in the world. It is easy to read all Esperanto articles by using Google translator.

Now the members, how many of them actively participated in the election process ? Sit down and feel sorry for the UNESCO. Especially feel ashamed for the late Esperantists who had fought so hard and successfully making Esperanto into the UNESCO and UNWTO resolution and declaration.

Cry baby, cry. It is your time to feel regrets.
