One brave Esperantist register the company in Hungary
( I based this from my country as 1 person can register a company. It is very difficult to register the education institution as one must prove to have the teaching staff, financial etc. DEU can register as education organisation later when things are at place. Different countries have different rules and regulations. I do not know the system in Hungary, but my search online said that the registration of company can be done in a day, rightly said as similar to my country. )
( I suggested to be registered in Hungary because the only country in the world which recognised Esperanto is Hungary, therefore, it is easier to get the Hungary education department to recognise DEU degrees. Later, can get more countries to recognise the degees. Singapore has the system, the government will recognise the degree if that particular country recognised the degree. In short, the company is registered in Hungary, and Hungary government recognises the degrees thus Singapore automatic recognises the degrees. By such procedure, one stone kills two birds. When Hungarian government recognises the degree of DEU, the next government is Singapore, two countries in the world will officially recognise the degree. Hopefully Brazil will come in next or other countries.)
Form different departments in the world, use the internet facilities for communication

Finance department –design the course fee and staff teaching fee, part time teaching is by piece of work
Course design department, undergraduate, master and PH D degree
Marketing department - courses
Public relations department – seeking cooperation for courses, activities, this would work with promotion department often. The department can negotiate to have some courses with other universities in the world, for example two units or five unites of course in Hungary, of course, the students have to learn Hungarian language, full time course for the rich people. Later, when DEU is famous, other universities can work with DEU, by then, the students have to learn Esperanto in order to study the course. This process would take a few years before it could be realised. Perhaps, the Poland university Adam, can take the lead in such way, the European students can go to Poland to have the courses and return. It is not the full time students of Adam university. Both universities have money to be earned. In Malaysia, can work with private universities, there are more than 350 private universities in Malaysia.
Technical department – help to design the mode of studies, online, distance without internet, by postal services, not all countries have good internet services especially in the Pacific islands.

No lecture hall is needed
No world border limitation
No visa is needed for students

Read the sponsor group list, who is the main sponsor, how much is used to be started. Is this the wrong investment? Why UEA is involved but not interested in forming DEU ?
