Wiki : Teaching English as a second or foreign language
With the withdrawal of United Kingdom of Britain, is English still the most spoken language in the world.
Of course, the neutral BBC raported in 2010 that more than 75% of people in the world do not speak a word of English. Many countries are wasting time and money to teach English, especially the countries from South East Asia, they invested lots of money in teaching English for 12 years in schools however, the Europeans schools are teaching English for a few years, for example 5 years in France.

A wise government will know that Esperanto is more cost effective than learning English. Of course, many ministers in world are corrupted into believing the whole world speak English but did not learn the geographical regions.
The worst part of it is the countries whose languages are the official language in the United Nations and they teaching English.
