Is Esperanto Eurocentric ?

Unless you know more than 10 Asian languages, you can say with authority.



If you define Eurocentric is more of European thinking, blame your ancestors for conquering the large part of land on this earth, especially the Great Britain, which colonised one fifth of the earth surface.

Don't blindly follow the text on the book or online.

Now, do you see how the Asian languages are in it? Therefore, when Esperanto was created, the creator of the language knew nothing about Asian languages. with his basic 900 plus, less than 1000 words, the silly people or linguists are following the the nonsensical argument, Esperanto is Eurocentric .

While Esperanto is gaining the usage of it in European countries, more vocabulary are needed, with the largest Esperanto speakers before world war 1 in Asia, China, was in civil war after the world war 2, thus, the Chinese Esperanto speakers were not able to contribute in the formation of the  vocabulary.

Be wise, do not simply pick one or two pages from the websites and defend of your silly statement, Esperanto is Eurocentric.
